Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive hiring processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, while also administering employee benefits effectively.
Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Coordinate recruiting efforts to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms and strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Facilitate new employee orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively, fostering a positive introduction to company culture and operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by overseeing the development, implementation, and updating of employee manuals.
Manage payroll processing efficiently using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursement
Investigate and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
Proficiently manage the TimeClock Plus clock system to monitor employee attendance and streamline time-tracking processes.
