TEKsystems Service Desk Analyst (Jr Level) in Carmel, Indiana
Description
Service Desk Analyst (Jr. level but not first Help Desk role)
2 years experience preferred
1-year contract to start, with evaluation for extension or conversion at the end.
3 days x 12 hours per day (Wed, Thurs, Fri).
Work hours: 7am – 7pm (3 days per week).
Remote role, but must be located near Carmel for occasional onsite needs.
Responsibilities:
Application Support, including training for manufacturing floor systems.
Handle password resets in multiple systems, including Active Directory.
Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, MS Office.
Website troubleshooting for external customers.
Act as Network Operations Center (NOC) agents, responding to alerts from monitoring tools (e.g., Autosys for SAP issues).
Occasional conference room work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
