Job Summary The Network Strategy Engineer plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our telecommunications network. This position requires a visionary individual with a deep understanding of data analysis, network technologies, network design, industry trends, and business objectives. The Network Strategy Engineer will analyze complex datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement long-term network strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Qualification Requirements: Education: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technology field is preferred. Other candidates with a strong technical background and substantial industry experience will be considered.
Experience: * 7 or more years of experience in telecommunication design and networks * 5 or more years of experience in data modeling and analysis
Skills: * Strong problem-solving and analytical (data and geospatial) skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Knowledge: * Advanced knowledge of telecommunication design and networks * Advanced knowledge of data modeling and analysis * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI * Alteryx Designer, Safe FME, or other ETL tools * ESRI or other GIS Mapping Tools * Microsoft SharePoint and Teams * Tableau Preferred
