Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment, including injection molding machines , robots , and assembly lines . The role has a 50/50 mechanical-to-electrical breakdown , requiring a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair production equipment, including injection molding machines, robots, and assembly lines.
Follow the Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of systems and machinery.
Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
Perform facilities maintenance , including plumbing and HVAC tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment and production lines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience .
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience working with 480V and 3-phase systems .
Robotics knowledge is required.
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience (preferred, not required).
Experience with VFDs and sensors is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:
Shift : 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Straight 8-hour shifts.
Overtime : Voluntary; averaging 40-45 hours per week on 2nd shift.

Compensation:
Pay : $25.00 - $33.00/hr (depending on experience).
$0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift.
