CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join us in Cardiff!
The Role
Ensuring efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the site equipment
Schedule and assist in reactive repairs and PPM across the site
Fault finding of equipment on site
Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs & installations
Accurately maintain site logs and relevant paperwork
Be involved in on-call rota
Hours
8am - 4pm
6am - 1pm
1.30pm - 10pm
Across Monday - Sunday
Desired Skills & Experience
Knowledge of PPM & Reactive maintenance
18th Edition
Experience with building fabric
Driving Licence
