Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any potential issues or areas of concern.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and perform repairs as needed: PLCs, conveyor belts, VFDs, corrugated packaging machinery, and 480V LOTO.
Utilize hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
Collaborate with production team members to address maintenance issues and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices in maintenance.
First shift, M-F, 7a-4p.
