IHG Casual Receptionist - National Convention Centre in Canberra, Australia
At the National Convention Centre Canberra (NCCC) we offer an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, dynamic and professional team to deliver truly inspiring events to our guests. Our events range from innovative gala dinners to delicious catering for large multi-day conferences. Our prestigious and diverse range of annual events allow us to showcase our unique product and service to our guests here at the NCCC.
The moment a client walks through our doors, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
As a Receptionist, you will:
Be responsible for managing and directing phone enquiries,
Assist with the carpark and setting up of new permanent parkers
Create and distribute signage for our events
Managing coat check / client storage
General administrative support for our sales office.
We are looking for someone who :
Can represent the NCCC brand
Can work closely with our team to develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Has a minmum of 1 year experience in an adminsitrative role or similar
Has a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
Has an ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience for our clients
