Culligan of Central Ohio in Canal Winchester is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office support team. We have a dynamic team and we are looking for another member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers.

Responsibilities

- - Schedule service calls, dispatch service technicians to customer locations

```{=html}

``` - - Communicating effectively between sales and service departments

```{=html}

``` - - Answer incoming calls from our very important customers

```{=html}

``` - - Resolve any product or service-related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

```{=html}

``` - - Close out billing and work orders; prepare paperwork for next business day

```{=html}

``` - - Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information

```{=html}

``` - - Scheduling new customer initial inspections

```{=html}

``` - - Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)

``` - - Troubleshooting over the phone and email minor technical issues related to water treatment equipment and reporting resolutions back to management.

Qualifications

- - Customer service and multi-line telephone experience required

``` - - Scheduling and Coordinating service and sales -Routing/Dispatch experience highly desired

```{=html}

``` - - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

```{=html}

``` - - Account collections experience preferred

```{=html}

``` - - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced fun environment

```{=html}

``` - - Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)

``` - - Excellent communication skills includinghelpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors

``` - - Exceptional problem-solving skills
