Amentum Procurement Analyst II in Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii

Amentum is seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Procurement Analyst with planning and administrative experience supporting Business and Financial Operations Management. This position will directly support U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you:

  • Have supported the planning, processing, and tracking of procurement related documents and helped to maintain related archives;

  • Have synchronized planning, administration, meeting, and or training events;

  • Have utilized various supporting IT platforms to enable operational activities, such as Shared Drive, SharePoint, and other NIPR/SIPR platforms;

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and

  • Work well independently and proactively seeking solutions to challenges

Specific duties include:

  • Support Training Program Management (Scheduling, facilitate dry runs, coordinate rooms)

  • Assist the Service Requirements Review Board (SRRB) Program support (Organize TMS taskers, review/consolidate/route admin – work with J86 SharePoint Administrator regarding updates to the SRRB Pages)

  • Provide GPC Program Support (Digitalization, Reconciliation, & Assist with Audits)

  • Serve as back up to Primary SharePoint Manager

  • Enter data into required systems to include reviewing and auditing data if needed.

  • Correspondence drafting and routing to include records and file management.

  • Assist in scanning and inputting documents into SharePoint files.

  • Assist the Acquisitions and Procurement by auditing JTF-RH AO purchase card records to ensure the AO is maintaining accurate and complete files of Procurement actions.

  • Review GPC purchase logs and files for approvals, justifications, mandatory sources, market research, and all other required documents.

  • Create labels and tabs for binders and file folders as needed.

  • File reconciled transaction files in file folders and/or file them digitally in appropriate database.

  • Assist in information management of the SharePoint Customer and Internal Workspace portals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) from an accredited college or university or 10 years administrative experience in lieu of degree

  • Must possess a Secret clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

  • 5 years' experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR

  • 1-2 years’ experience in DoD Contracting/Acquisitions

  • APDP/DAWIA Level I required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to provide information, written reports, and presentations to include delivering executive summaries to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES) level equivalents

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Possesses a Top-Secret clearance

  • 7 or more years' experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR

  • 5 years’ experience in DoD Contracting/Acquisitions

The salary range for this position is $115K to $135K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
