Job description:
Role - Test Automation Architect
Location - Camden, NJ
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various scriptless automation tools and will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and implementing robust test automation frameworks. This role involves driving productivity improvement and increasing automation adoption across the portfolio
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust test automation frameworks across Web, API and Mobile using scriptless automation tools- preferably with SmartBear products
Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation
Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create
Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement
Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices
Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.
Required Skills
Total 15 - 18 Years of experience in managing large testing engagements covering Functional, Automation, Performance and Regression Testing
• Should have test management experience across Mobile, Web & API
• Experience working on scriptless automation tools like TestComplete, Tosca
• Should have Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to create growth plan and execute the same
• Strong communication skill (verbal/written)
• Required to coordinate with client stake holder for test delivery management
• Required to coordinate between onsite – offshore test delivery team
• Should have managed test automation and performance testing as well.
• Knowledge of TOSCA automation tool and Load runner performance tool..
