The Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program is a comprehensive, 12 week program that provides broad exposure and learning to Campbell's global businesses and functions. You will be given a detailed project(s) and work plan(s) to deliver and present by the end of the program. In this program, you will benefit from coaching by committed stakeholders including a manager, coach, executive sponsors and others. You will be provided feedback on your performance, contribution, and leadership. Our program will enable you to accelerate knowledge of our organization, provide you with a solid foundational understanding in end to end supply chain, and develop your leadership skills. Dependent upon your performance and leadership, rising seniors will be extended full time or rotational program offers. You may be based at our Global Headquarters in Camden, NJ or one of our 20+ plant locations across the US.
