Job Description

Position Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed established annual revenue goals• Establish ongoing training and career development platforms for the Group Sales department• Recruit, onboard, and train a best-in-class team of Account Executives, Group Events • Develop, lead and inspire a positive team culture focusing on cross collaboration• Develop effective tracking and reporting tools to provide accountability towards revenue goals• Establish department goals through effective business planning and a forward thinking vision• Build positive relationships with clients and prospects via networking, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners, prospect sampling and seat visits at games, open houses at arena, and offsite meetings• Participate in community and industry-related events, conferences, associations that enhance our reputation and potential for success while building new relationships with local, regional and national leadersQualifications (educational, experience and basic knowledge requirements):• 5+ years of senior-level sales/service experience preferably with an understanding of the group sales business• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration/hospitality, or equivalent work experience• Ability to write and communicate effective business plans• Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and related tools
