SUMMARY
Manages the Parts and Accessories accounts of selected international Distributors. Maximizes customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of orders through coordination with inventory planners, suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders. Assists management in the analysis of the supply chain to streamline operations and increase the value of the services provided to SOA’s international customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assigned countries, tasked to solve distributor inquiries, and requirements in a timely manner while building positive relationships. Expedites orders with SOA’s Inventory Planners and suppliers. Provides shipping instructions to warehouses and freight forwarders.
Manages sales orders in Oracle by processing daily reports in Qlik such as Threshold and Backorder reports.
Reviews shipping schedules to minimize order handling and transit times. Coordinates with warehouses, freight forwarders, and key markets.
Researches and assists in the negotiation of transportation rates and services. Coordinates with key markets, Logistics, Freight Forwarders, and warehouses.
Maintains records in compliance with export regulations for assigned accounts.
Manages cash advance accounts. Works with Accounting, Warehouse, and Distributors.
Maintains account balances up to date, collects past due accounts, and processes claims.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Improves export fill rate and minimizes the probability of inventory depletion by working with SOA’s Inventory Planners and selected markets. Works with key markets to improve ordering patterns.
Analyzes export operations to optimize supply.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Desired: Oracle client, OBI, Qlik, WMS, TMS.
Must be assertive and thorough in follow-up with internal business partners and service providers such as suppliers and freight forwarders.
Strong communications skills, detail oriented, and excellent customer relations skills.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 4-6 years' experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Required Travel: 5%
Ability to lift up to 25lbs
COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $55800 - $75000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Internal Job Grade: P1 Non-Exempt) In addition to competitive salary, Subaru offers an amazing benefits package that includes:
