What will you be doing?
Plan and implement a Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
Oversee, lead, and coach Maintenance Technician team.
Prepare apartments during turnover and complete apartment service requests.
Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.
Document and maintain records as required.
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude - Leadership Skills.
High School Diploma required.
4+ years Property Maintenance experience, including: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience; ability to coach a team of 3 or more.
Excellent communication skills; ability to interact and work well with others, multitask, and lead by example.
