What will you be doing?

  • Plan and implement a Preventative Maintenance Schedule.

  • Oversee, lead, and coach Maintenance Technician team.

  • Prepare apartments during turnover and complete apartment service requests.

  • Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.

  • Document and maintain records as required.

What do you bring?

  • Positive, can-do attitude - Leadership Skills.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • 4+ years Property Maintenance experience, including: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

  • Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience; ability to coach a team of 3 or more.

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to interact and work well with others, multitask, and lead by example.
