Allwell Behavorial Health Services Youth Residential Program Clinical Director in Cambridge, Ohio
The Youth Residential Clinical understands and utilizes trauma-informed care to complete mental health assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans, and provide individual, group, and family counseling for the residents of Youth Residential.

RESPONSIBILITIES/STANDARDS:
- Provides outpatient clinical services to residents including assessments, counseling, treatment planning, and crisis evaluations.
- Proficient in assessments and evaluations related to client's mental health needs to determine appropriate treatment options.
- Help families resolve conflicts within the family structure.
- Provides trauma-informed care training to Residential Treatment Assistants.
- Ensures personal care plans are developed and followed.
- Ensures that program policies and procedures are developed and followed.
- Complies with expectations to maintain facility licensures and certifications.
- Complies with all Quality Improvement standards related to the operations of the youth residential programs.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external programs to meet needs of residents.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work with juvenile sex offenders
- Strong problem identification and solving skills
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and resolve crisis situations
Excellent interpersonal skills
EDUCATION/LICENSURE:
- Master's degree from an accredited program in social work or counseling
Independent Ohio License as an LISW or LPCC
