Looking for an Industrial Painter 1st shift $21.50/hr in Cambridge, MN
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated painter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting within the paint line department in powder coat painting, racking parts, and preparing them for the booth.
Post-painting, the candidate will be expected to un-rack the painted items and inspect for any blemishes.
Will be painting products for the agricultural industry
Bonuses:
Gain Share Program (Quarterly Bonuses)
Between $500-$2,000 depending on the quarter to every employee on the shop floor. ($2000-$8000 per year which equates to an additional $1-$4 dollars more per hour throughout the year)
Company pays for 2/3 of employee benefits, employee is responsible for 1/3 of the cost.
Includes employee, spouses, and children depending on employee’s situation.
Shift: 1st: 7:40am-4:10pm Mon-Thur
Pay: $21.50hr to start
