The Dermatology and Respiratory indications serve as anchors for this product which is referred to as a “pipeline in a product”, due to the many indications that are approved or are being studied

Main responsibilities:

  • Translate the science into actionable and impactful marketing and educational strategies and tactics that resonate with core HCP targets.

  • Develop Market Development launch readiness plan with ownership of specific pre and post launch deliverables and KPIs.

  • Serve as the Commercial lead (including USMA Medical Leadership, Sci Coms, for appropriate alignment

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state(s), the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics.

  • Serve as the Marketing lead for the Pulmonary Thought Leader Liaisons and for key Respiratory Congresses (ATS, ACCP, EPC, ERS, GOLD)

  • Lead Speaker Bureau Development and Execution

  • Advisory Board Planning and Management along with management of physician working groups.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters Business Administration or Science Degree, Pharm D, MD preferred.

  • 8-10+ product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Product launch experience, understanding of the respiratory market, and experience developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

  • Understanding of market research, creative development and experience with regulatory review/approval process.

  • Substantial respiratory experience: COPD or asthma

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups which may include Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Market Research, Life Cycle Management and Finance

  • Ability to interact widely and effectively with co-promote partner (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).
