Principal Accountabilities
Perform positioning of materials and parts for production per product specifications and production schedule
Operate simple equipment such as a scales and labelers and may use a knife or other hand tools for general use with regular guidance
Convey materials and items within production and warehouse areas by hand, hand truck or electric hand truck
Regularly lift and stack materials, products, tools or equipment
Hand pack product into materials
Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualification
Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Able to lift 50+ libs
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Hatchery experience
Experience working with personal protective equipement (PPE)
Work history in the last 12 months
