Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Supervisor of Data Strategy and Management for a full time opportunity at one of Calgary's electricity power generator and wholesale marketing organizations. This is a hybrid opportunity, with the expectation to be in office in Calgary, Alberta. Thought leadership experience is a must for this role as well as extensive experience in data management, quality and governance.

Skills and Requirements
· 8+ years experience in data management, data governance and data quality.
· Proven knowledge and experience in data governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
· Understanding of advanced analytics practices/experience leading data engineers, data scientists etc.
· Previous leadership experience with the ability to demonstrate thought leadership.
· Extensive experience with data analysis.
· Problem-solving skills is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have extensive experience presenting complex data concepts to various audiences, including upper-level leadership. · Certification in data governance, data quality, or data management is an asset
· Experience working in Azure shop
· Experience standing up a data office
MDM platform experience (informatica, purview etc.) null
