What's the Mission
Enable teams to ship high-quality features efficiently and with confidence, while providing customers with a superior end-to-end user experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Own testing and overall quality for team areas of the product (Web and Mobile applications)
Document test plans for new and existing features that can easily be automated
Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure story requirements and acceptance criteria meet the needs of the customer and the business
Collaborate with Developers to prioritize and level tests for automation
Identify gaps in coverage and make the necessary improvements to the current test suites
Manage the intake and prioritization of customer escalations for quick resolution
Support organizational quality goals, including Shift-left testing and the 3-Year Testing Vision
Actively participate and help lead discussions in the Quality CoP
Provide product expertise in team and company Slack channels
What Makes You The Hero For This Job:
Preferred: 3-5 years experience in the quality assurance field
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Working knowledge and understanding of test management software (XRay, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
Good communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to troubleshoot and quickly identify defects within the product
Analytically driven with an aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to uncover common and edge-case user flows and issues (from sources like support tickets and app usage metrics)
Accurately translate user flows into tests that can be easily leveled and automated
Ability to drive and champion a culture of Quality across the engineering organization
