Job summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting MaxAB Sales Operations by providing analytical insights, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

  • Evaluate existing sales processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve sales productivity.

  • Implement best practices and tools to automate and optimize sales operations.

  • Develop sales forecasting and planning processes, providing input based on data analysis and market insights.

  • Ensure alignment between sales and different teams to maximize effectiveness.

  • Make recommendations for improving sales performance based on data-driven insights.

  • Serve as a liaison between sales and other functional areas to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and methodologies to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or any related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
