Ricoh Americas Corporation Customer Service Representative in Burnaby, British Columbia

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client's Company Store and Concierge sales transactions

  • Handle inquiries and provide service assistance in-person, while monitoring and responding to all emails/inquiries

  • Ensure client’s employees and visitors have a positive, memorable experience when visiting the client site

  • Provide back-up admin support and daily break coverage for client Experience Coordinator

  • Monitor Arcade lounge

  • Support Workplace Experience team on various items, including delegated tasks and projects

  • Assist other Ricoh service areas when needed, as directed by Ricoh Manager and Assistant Manager

Support the Company Store with tasks below:

  • Ensure space appears neat and tidy

  • Ensure swag and merch is tagged with price or signage

  • Re-stock inventory and request re-orders

  • Manage and source swag from local vendors

  • Manage monthly “spot checks” on Store inventory

  • Manage store inventory counts (2x year – January and December)

  • Manage end of day inventory checks for gift cards/tickets

  • Complete daily close outs of point of sales system

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or retail position

Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and problem solve

  • Pro-active self-starter who needs little direction and who can initiate activities when opportunities arise versus waiting to react to problems

  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Strong organizational skills and a problem solver who follows through on commitments

  • Strong skills with all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to multi-task

  • Deals effectively with numerous deadlines and constantly changing priorities

  • Ability to regularly lift and push objects up to 30-50 pounds
