Job Title: Finish Carpenter
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter with a focus on high-end residential projects across six counties from Monterey to Marin, primarily based in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to quality construction standards, execute daily work plans, track work according to schedule, and actively promote job site safety. Regular communication with the foreman or superintendent is required. The role may involve leading small teams or working independently with the expectation of progressing projects autonomously.
Hard Skills
3+ years finish carpentry experience
Experience with high-end residential projects
Proficiency in installing casing, baseboard, crown molding, paneling, doors, windows, siding, cabinets, and ideally stairs
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Possession of a full complement of tools, including specialty tools
Reliable transportation
Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and lead projects

This is a fully on-site position in Burlingame, California.
Work Environment
