One Family.Purpose Statement As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, your mission is to elevate our commitment to customer satisfaction and success with a strategic focus on our key Gold tier accounts. You will serve as the linchpin in building lasting relationships, fostering product adoption, and driving cross-selling opportunities. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our customers maximize the value they receive from our products or services.Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Customer Relationship Management (30%):a. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.b. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customer inquiries and needs.Strategic Account Planning (15%):a. Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans tailored to each client's goals and challenges.b. Identify growth opportunities and strategies to maximize customer value.Product Expertise (10%):a. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, staying updated on new features and capabilities.b. Provide advanced product knowledge and consultation to customers.Issue Resolution and Escalation (15%):a. Handle complex customer issues and escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.b. Proactively address potential challenges and bottlenecks.Product Adoption and Value Realization (15%):a. Monitor and analyze customer product adoption and usage patterns.b. Develop and implement strategies to drive deeper product engagement and ensure customers realize maximum value.Renewals and Cross-Selling (10%):a. Actively identify opportunities where our customers can benefit from additional services or upgraded products.b. Partner with our sales/divisions to explore and execute cross-selling strategies, providing customers with complementary products or services that enhance their overall experience and address unmet needs.Reporting and Documentation (5%):a. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the CRM system.b. Generate reports on key customer success metrics and outcomes for internal stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).* 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a focus on strategic account management.* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.* Advanced product knowledge and consultative abilities.* Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.* Experience with CRM software and reporting tools.* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.* Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.#LI-BE2#CORP123COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
