Description We are in the process of expanding our team in BUFFALO, New York, 14203-1308, United States, and are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is central to the smooth operation of our finance department, with responsibilities spanning account reconciliation, data entry, and invoice processing. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out precise and timely account reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) with due diligence.
• Conduct regular check runs as part of the job function.
• Undertake coding of invoices to ensure accurate tracking.
• Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions.
• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Operate Oracle software for database management.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and bookkeeping.
• Ensure efficient use of SAP for business process management. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for the role.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must.
• Capability to manage Check Runs is necessary.
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices is a requirement.
• Strong Data Entry skills are essential for this position.
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
• Knowledge of Oracle is beneficial.
• Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
