If you are customer centric mindset, well-versed Agile practitioner who can act as a plug& play consultant in a mature corporate environment and want to play a crucial role in HP's Digital Transformation leading an AI/ML based Release Train, then this is the role for you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate and Lead Solution Train: PI planning events for multiple ARTs, ensure alignment of ARTs within the organizations' goals and objectives. Fosters a Lean-Agile mindset and principles across the Solution Train. Supports Agile practices and principles to drive delivery excellence.

  • Ensures strategic alignment and decision making: Collaborates with Portfolio stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Solution Train's work with strategic initiatives and customer needs. Work with Product Management to prioritize features and ensure they align with business priorities.

  • Coordinate Multiple ARTs to deliver complex solutions that may span different organizational units or value streams. Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and impediments across ARTs

  • Drives proper Communication within the Release Train and to executive Sponsors: Communicate progress, challenges, and dependencies to leadership, stakeholders, and teams, Maintain visibility into the status of all ARTs and provide regular reporting on Solution Train performance.

  • Supports continuous improvement, Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and value delivery.

  • Leads efforts to utilize Agile and works with teams and organizations to help them adopt the appropriate methodologies, practices, and principles. This may include introducing Agile concepts, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams on Agile best practices. Propagates Agile mindset for all levels: from team to executives.

  • Facilitates Agile delivery, works closely with teams to help them improve their Agile practices, facilitate problem-solving, and guide them through the Agile process.

  • Provides guidance on how to develop and maintain Agile artifacts such as product backlogs, user stories, and sprint backlogs.

  • Provides Agile training to teams, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile concepts, practices, and principles.

  • Performs Agile maturity assessments and creates action plans for various groups / organizations needing Agile coaching.

  • Measures and tracks progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time. They will use this information to help teams identify areas for improvement and adjust their processes accordingly.

  • Manages vendor identification and selection process when a vendor is required

  • Stays up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into the organization's Agile practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • SAFe Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its principles, including SAFe certifications like SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience.

  • Agile Experience : Strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching Agile teams. Minimum 10 years experience.

  • Leadership Skills : Effective leadership and facilitation skills to lead large groups of individuals, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.

  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and leadership effectively, at all levels

  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex issues and dependencies.

  • Strategic Thinking : The ability to align the Solution Train's work with organizational strategy and objectives.

  • Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and handle ambiguity.

  • Continuous Learning : Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry best practices and SAFe updates.

  • Collaboration : A collaborative and servant leadership mindset, focused on helping teams achieve their goals.

  • Technical Knowledge : Understanding of technology and the ability to engage in technical discussions, although not necessarily at a deep technical level.

  • BA or BS degree - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often preferred, but experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Mastery in English is a must
