Sanofi Group Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in Bucharest, Romania
Position Title: Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
Business Unit / Country: CHC
Manager: CEE CRM & Data Lead
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides
conclusive reports and recommendations.
- Implement decisions Increasing the effectiveness of field forces through regular complex analysis,
optimization of business processes, the use of effective tools and techniques to manage SF
Implement innovative solutions to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the sales department
Maintain best in class sales team performance tracking – to achieve our commercial objectives
Maintain annual and quarterly sales targets setting in close cooperation with Finance Team, Sales and
Marketing Team
Determine key metrics for field forces, manage the monitoring system for their effectiveness
Daily management of external data suppliers – wholesalers and pharmacy connectors, external auditors
data source (IQVIA, Farmaprom)
Seek innovation in analytical tools and techniques to gain competitive advantage.
Pro-actively identify business issues which may benefit the company’s performance through analytical
insight
- Strong cooperation with: Growth HUB, Performance HUB and Customer HUB
Key Requirements:
Excellence in MS Excel
BI tool user knowledge
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry,
Responsibility and reliability, independence, positive and proactive approach to problem solving
High sense of responsibility and autonomy,
Proactivity, empathy, and results-oriented,
Ability to communicate fluently English.
