Job Description Summary
ODS (On Demand Services) Inside Sales Specialist in Romania will be accountable for growing the current Imaging & PCS ODS business in the country. She/He will focus on ODS as essential part of the revenue in the country. She/He will have the opportunity to cooperate with different functional teams (service sales, BOPs, FSEs, RSLs and Finance) and contribute to the Team Market success. The person will be asked to apply diligence, good work organization and strong communication skills to deliver the results in the most optimal way.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Selling Imaging & PCS ODS portfolio by phone or online in the assigned territory.
Design and timely deliver customer sales offers.
Work closely with the Service Account Leaders, BOPs, FSEs, RSLs, Logistics and Finance Team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and service agreements in the company tools.
Lead regular ODS sales reviews with the regional service sales team.
Partner with the regional service sales and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and lead generation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Romanian and English language requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage many immediate customer needs.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proven Record on Negotiation skills.
“Can do” attitude and optimistic approach to work.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
