- Investigate welding related issues by performing welding force analysis and welding current analysis;
- Develop and design welding Robot used in welding process;
- Perform Resistance Spot welding location verifications by using blueprints;
- Design and perform Flash free initiatives metal adjustments, Tip Dress Validation, Stepper adjustments and weld parameter adjustments and
- Troubleshoot welding problems such as faulty codes of automated systems and provide corrective solutions.
