They are the first responder to all guests and manage the entire process before, during, and after our guests service experience.

The Front Desk Coordinator is committed to serving our guests with additional products and services to ensure that all of their needs are met.

The Front Desk Coordinator

Guest Service Specialist are individuals committed to do what it takes to accomplish the company goals, targets, and objectives.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Exceeds clients expectations-Daily
  • Daily task list completed
  • Figures out and documents daily goals
  • Actively attends and participates in personal development education programs and/or events
  • Answer phone
  • Greet customers
  • offering services to customers

Accounting

  • Follows opening-up or closing-out procedures
  • Keeps inventory updated

Human Resources

  • Maintains all front desk files and books of procedures
  • Actively promotes salon/spa to the community
  • Supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures

Personal Responsibilities

  • Attends education to improve customer service skill sets
  • Always exhibits a can-do positive attitude. Smiles are contagious!
  • Personal appearance and attire are at a professional level at all times

They will be hiring 3 part timesfor this positions: shift will include these hours 8am - 12:30pm, 12:30pm - 5:00pm and 5pm - 9:30pm
