Responsibilities
Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day-to-day operations of the Tubular Running Services through the management of equipment and personnel. Assist the Operations Manager in daily activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise Location Field & Engineering Support Personnel.
Communicate with the operations team to meet customer's requirements and time frames.
Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Oversee, coordinate, and manage personnel training and competency
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all Weatherford's safety rules and company policies.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in project management.
Mechanical Engineering Degree or Engineering and Technology Management Degree
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in design modeling software
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Products
Strong leadership skills
Multi-tasking ability
Strong Critical thinking skills
