Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Broomfield, Colorado
Description We are seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Broomfield, Colorado. As part of the accounts department, your main role will be to process invoices, maintain precise financial records, and manage account reconciliations. Your ability to efficiently handle data entry tasks and invoice processing will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing accounts payable documents
• Performing account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in records
• Using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and record-keeping purposes
• Efficiently coding invoices to the correct accounts
• Executing check runs to ensure timely payments
• Maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records
• Handling queries related to invoice processing
• Continually monitoring accounts to identify any discrepancies. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as an Accounts Payable Clerk
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Skilled in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Familiarity with performing Check Runs
• Knowledge and experience in Coding Invoices
• Demonstrated ability in accurate Data Entry
• Proficient in Invoice Processing
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle is preferable
• Ability to use QuickBooks effectively
• Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage
