Job Description
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in constructing metal frames for large switchboards. Your responsibilities will include sourcing raw materials such as sheet metal, aluminum, and copper, and using these materials to build frames according to specific blueprints. At your workstation, you will measure parts, utilize hand tools, and assemble custom switchboards based on customer specifications, ensuring high standards of quality throughout the process.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Brookston, Indiana.
Work Environment
You will be working a 1st shift schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with little to no overtime currently required. The workshop is exceptionally clean, well-lit, and quiet, creating a pleasant and productive work atmosphere. While the work is mostly individual, allowing for autonomy, the environment encourages focus and efficiency. Casual attire such as jeans and sweatshirts are acceptable, and closed-toed shoes are required on the floor. Additionally, employees are permitted to listen to headphones during work
