The Sub Factory program is an ambitious and high potential growth program with the goal of doubling revenues in 3 years establishing Grundfos as the global key player in submersible pumps.We are looking for a motivated, experienced and business oriented project manager to join our team and make an impact directly participating in the program development and ensuring it is correctly implemented worldwide delivering the expected outcomes. This is a very attractive position for high potential professionals that want to make a difference in the global groundwater market.
Your main responsibilities :
Sub Factory program has 3 main pillars:
To-be model definition + improvement of the business model
Enrollment/Improvement of existing Sub Factories
Developing new Sub Factories
To-be model definition + continuous improvement of the business model:
Coordinate and follow-up in new webtool version design, development and deployment
Complete and update Sub Factory Handbook and integrate in Grundfos standard processes
Optimization of logistic model (bulks creation, minimum order quantity, etc..)
Integration with other Grundfos programs (Build Center, Motors, etc..)
Optimization of tools cost
Improve and update Sub Factory dashboard
Co-define marketing package
Update the Sub Factory Sharepoint/Information Hub
Enrollment/Improvement of existing Sub Factories
Plan, follow-up and support in enrollment process for existing sub factories (90 mainly in US, South America and Africa)
Certification process supervision
Contracts follow-up
Support to regions in business plans / account plans follow-up
Follow-up pricing in existing sub factories and improvement proposals
Ad-hoc business analysis (sales, pricing, profitability)
Developing new Sub Factories
Support and coach Regional Sub Factory owners in launch of new sub factories
Ensure new Sub Factories are compliant with RASCI model defined and receive proper certification according to established process
Identify and propose potential new Sub Factories generating net growth for Grundfos
Position will require 25-50% travel, mainly in the US but also international travel is expected.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
BS/MS Degree in either Engineering, Computer Science or any technical discipline
Proficient in Excel and data analysis
English proficiency. Additional languages desirable (Spanish)
CRM working experience would be beneficial
3-5 years minimum professional experience in technical roles in Commercial, Production and/or Service
The ability to operate out of the Brookshire, TX office in a hybrid function
Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidate must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.
