Job Title: Electrical Designer
Job Description
Seeking a proficient Electrical Designer/Drafter to leverage Revit/AutoCAD and various lighting software to efficiently produce high-quality drawings and documents for diverse projects. This role involves working on a broad range of projects including a wide variety of projects including commercial, education, government, etc . The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Hard Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Ability to perform layout and input of marked-up drawings in accordance with standards
Capability to produce detailed 3D drawings including installation instructions for prefabrication orders
Experience in adding to prefabrication catalog of working drawings, wiring diagrams, and cross-sections
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration skills
Effective communication with Electrical Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers
Ability to verify and prepare layout drawings to meet customer requirements
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and some days remote.
