JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible to develop and maintain cleaning etching and passivation processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality of components. Ability to recognize safety in the mixing and neutralizing of acids.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide programming for OGP (Zone 3) and Zeiss (Calypso) inspection equipment.
Provide quality support with completing non-conformance reports.
Assist engineering with CAPA, Complaint and RMA investigations and verifications of effectiveness.
Write and edit process and procedural documentation as required.
Perform process monitoring checks.
Support Incoming Inspection activities.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
Ability to meet internal and external customer deadlines.
Audit support for third party audits and customer audits.
Able to perform the above duties with minimal supervision.
Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WOULD BRING:
High School Diploma.
2 years of experience in metal finishing and have worked with acids.
2 years of experience in medical manufacturing or assembly.
Ability to handle repetitive work and provide fast turn-around on production related to masking,
wiping, processing parts.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
This is not a remote position
HOURS:
6:00 am - 6:30 pm, Friday - Sunday
