We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and support technology projects within our Corporate Center, Marketing and Communications line of business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Leads high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation using the Standard Project Lifecycle. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides guidance and expertise to less experienced project managers. Adept in risk management and organizational change management methodologies and techniques. Recognizes and recommends alternative solutions. Establishes and maintains a trusted advisor relationship. Presents effectively to all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams, IT departments, and external vendors to define project requirements and deliverables. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. PMP or CSM certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within technology projects in marketing and communications.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Agile mindset & change agility

  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications strategies and technologies

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including persuasive storytelling across various media (oral & written)

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
