Job Summary
The Consumer Deposit Product Operations Product Manager is part of the Deposit Product and Pricing team. This Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that, as the 1st line of defense, the Product Management team is operating in line will all regulatory and compliance guidelines. They will also provide project management support to the team to drive initiatives to implementation.The Product Manager will work closely with the rest of the Deposit Product Management team to execute strategic initiatives and monitor portfolio performance across the Consumer Deposit balance sheet.
Responsibilities
Accountable for managing the Deposit Pricing Escalation process end-to-end. Articulating and defining the vision throughout the organization and creating consistency in the message across channels
Responsible for understanding market conditions, the regulatory landscape and making recommendations for change as appropriate to internal and external conditions
Responsible for the evaluation and management of all the teams procedures and controls for accuracy and effectiveness
Responsible for designing and developing new procedures and controls to ensure product risk mitigation
Lead the review and remediation of Product Management Findings
Facilitates implementation of business initiatives in collaboration with support partners
Responsible for the compliance and legality of all product offerings and effectiveness of distribution and delivery
Strategic thinker that aligns the benefits of the product with the needs of clients and shareholders; while, achieving profitability
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
1 -3 years experience in product development preferred
Project management skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with support partners
Understanding of financial products, e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.
Elevated communication skills (written, verbal, active listening); ability to structure and deliver clearly articulated presentations
Self-starter and team player with a structured approach to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
Working knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc).
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
Understanding of the business and financial drivers for the Retail Bank is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000 to $83,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
