TITLE: CookREQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Cook or in relevant culinary roles.JOB DUTIES: Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Participate in the creation and seasonal adjustments of menus. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared on time.
