We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manual Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating manual machine tools, such as lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts according to specifications. Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines (lathe, mill, or other machines) to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Program CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages.
Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment for production runs.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Document and report production data, including quantities, quality, and any issues encountered.
