TEKsystems Desktop Automation Engineer in BRONX, New York
Description:
Our healthcare client is looking for a Junior Desktop Automation Engineer. Responsible for Apple device support and ensuring configuration standards are met. Support Apple devices in alignment with the System’s mission critical goal of providing service excellence in patient care. Under the supervision of the End User Innovations Director, maintains, analyzes and troubleshoots, device, hardware, software and associated peripherals. Test applications, OS versions, upgrades and configurations to be deployed and supported across all facilities. Escalation point for desktop technicians.
Required to travel to the facilities across all boroughs to provide support as needed.
Develop strong aptitude for service automation and support using JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Device Automation, Enterprise Connect along with aptitude for process improvements and automation.
