Victory Food Service Accounts Receivable Clerk in Bronx, New York
Postings: Ensure the prompt and accurate application of cash, check and credit card receipts. Postings are complete once registers are stapled to the deposits & filed in their appropriate bins.Credit Holds (preferred to be done by 11 A.M./Monday & Thursday) File and archive all department files.Assist & Review Route List to be sure all Truck Routes have been received from Cashier.Take corrective action on all problems with customer accounts identified while applying payments.Take corrective actions for all customers listed on the On Accounts Report Work closely with Management to coordinate their involvement as needed on the most serious delinquent customers.Respond to Customer Accounts Receivable telephone inquiries.Print & Distribute Accounts Receivable Aging Report to each Sales Rep weekly.Prepare reports as requested.Protect Company Assets by enforcing internal controls as directed.Other duties as requested by Management.
Minimum Salary: 40,000.00 Maximum Salary: 45,000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
