Aerotek General Laborer in Brisbane, California
Description:
· Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work order, bills of materials, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions. · Physically able to lift, push, pull up to 45 lbs. consistently through a 10-hr shift. · Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor. · Communicate effectively with co-workers on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy. · Maintain and assume responsibility for equipment (hand tools, etc.) that are issued. · Receive, unload and transfer materials to different workstations. · Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
· The ability to read a tape measure accurately - millimeters and fractions for standard industry construction a must. · Understanding of both metric and imperial units of measure · Experience working with various types of hand and power tools. · Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time. · Ability to lift, carry push or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. . Able to understand and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints
