Aerotek Production Worker in Brighton, Colorado
Experienced Production Operators Needed in Brighton - Overnight Shift, $25/hour
*Candidates must be available to train during the day shift for the first week*
Responsibilities
Handling Finished Products: Dumping finished caulk into buckets, palletizing, and documenting quality checks and inventory.
Packaging: Placing caulk into boxes and ensuring proper labeling.
Team Collaboration: Working with the production team to meet daily goals.
Essential Skills
Experience: At least 1 year in heavy manufacturing/production or construction/labor.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and work in a dirty environment.
Safety: Must be clean-shaven for respirator use.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor or production roles.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
Work Environment
Physical Labor: 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule.
Training: Initial training from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Regular Shifts: 5 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
