Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer- Electrical Drive
Location: Mossville, IL
Job Description:
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) curriculum
- 9+ years of experience desired, 5 years of experience required
- Masters or Doctorate can potentially decrease experience required
- Previous product development experience (design, validation/test or analysis).
Technical Skills:
- Experience with electric drive systems and/or components, with focus on electric induction motor and generator and resistor grids
- Experience with structured FMEA & DVP&R process.
- Experience with NPI Issue resolution process.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex assignments.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Solid organizational and facilitation skills.
