IQVIA Senior Consultant, Digital Data Operations (Remote) in Bridgewater, New Jersey

The Sr. Consultant position in the Data Management group is a role within the IQVIA Digital Organization. This role supports internal and external clients with data ongoing data sourcing, new partnership data onboarding, and partner/vendor relationship management of both 1st Party and HCP data, on behalf of the Data Management team. This role is responsible for the completion of projects and tasks related to onboarding of new HCP data partnerships, partner/vendor relationship management, meeting and maintaining all data onboarding governance standards, vender coordination/outreach and onboarding and tracking of new data orders for the Delivery team, all within the life sciences and pharmaceutical fields.
Role responsibilities:
Help sustain and improve relationships with clients, data partners/vendors, and internal teams at IQVIA.
Maintain project plan/timeline from test/sample file delivery of 1st Party and HCP data through release to CHIP team.
Project management – acting as a liaison with Data Partnerships, GTM, Product, Delivery, and all other Data Management pillars to provide PM support for new partner data onboarding projects.
Prepare reconciliation reports/presentations when requested.
Identify issues with current processes and propose solutions or improvements.
Meet service level standards and respond timely to internal business requests/needs with a high degree of attention to detail.
Required Skills:
Ability to work through an ambiguous business question from concept to execution.
Ability to identify, diagnose, and collaborate, to correct data issues, with both internal partners and external vendors.
Strong relationship management skills
Willingness to ask questions and challenge status quo to benefit the organization as a whole and specifically the Data Management team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understand data ingestion pathways and processes. Prior knowledge and experience around data privacy and governance preferred.
Coordinate and collect detail needed from 3rd party vendors (data sources)
Host and present new data projects to Governance team for process design review
Provide regular status updates on managed projects, proactively flagging barriers and identifying opportunities to enhance both collaboration and timeline efficiencies across the ongoing projects.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Previous experience and/or working knowledge of HCP and/or 1st Party data, in-and-out of database environments. Prior experience with FTPs and data other data management tools preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience in data management.
1st Party/HCP data experience, preferred.
Possesses strong process management and relationship skills, with the ability to provide influence and grow both internal and external relationships.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $127,200.00 - $212,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
