Location/Division Specific Information

This position will be site based in Bridgewater, NJ, and will support our Life Sciences Solutions Group (LSG) business unit of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Discover Impactful Work:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will make an impact by building reports of all items received, as well daily reports as needed (receiving, picking, packing, can’t find). Working closely with receiving warehouse personnel. Preparing shipment documents for Canada (spread sheet, commercial invoice, bill of ladings).

A Day in the Life:

  • Receive MRO in IMPACCT system.

  • Batch, log and distribute orders for pickers according to schedule.

  • Assist pickers with expired material, can’t find and RF scanners issues.

  • Maintain and supervise distribution office supplies.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Supports all functions of warehouse management.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • BS degree preferred.

Experience

  • Requires 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative and/or office setting role supporting office staff, preferably in a warehousing, or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in IMPACCT system operation.

  • Proficient in BOSS system operation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem solving and analytical abilities.

  • Well organized and detail oriented.
