Shift : 1st Shift 7:00 a.m-3:30 p.m

Pay: $22/hr

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve products from the warehouse shelves to fulfill orders, meticulously verifying information and quantities.

  • Place items in appropriate shipping containers along with necessary documentation.

  • Expedite product shipments and handle office correspondence promptly.

  • Collect daily mail from various departments and manage daily mail processing, ensuring an adequate supply of mailing materials.

  • Input shipment details into the computer system for invoice generation and process shipments using the Aristo System.

  • Perform daily stocking of materials and update stock item locations as needed.

  • Conduct inventory adjustments and participate in cycle count programs.

  • Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and upkeep.

  • Monitor inventory movements using computer systems to ensure quality service.

  • Complete standard waybills for shipments not processed through Aristo and handle international documentation.

  • Coordinate with carriers via phone or online for pickups, quotes, and tracking information.

  • Track shipments through Aristo or online platforms and monitor shipping supplies inventory levels.

  • Process reports for damaged products occurring in the warehouse.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in general warehouse procedures.

  • Ability to lift and load cartons weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.

  • Capability to comprehend and follow written procedures in English.
