*POSITION SUMMARY * Responsible for configuration of assigned system modules, verification and mapping of financial, operational, and clinical healthcare data related to medical, prescription, eligibility, claims and other types of data files. Maps raw customer healthcare data into standardized and custom formats and handle research on data issues and respond to data indicating opportunities for changes by providing detailed documentation of requirements for resolution. Serve as a liaison between the business and Data Management teams and provide evaluation, prioritization, and implementation support for new and existing customers.

*PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES * 1. Responsible for identifying discrepancies and patterns in data from multiple systems. 2. Configures system to business specifications. 3. Reviews daily production and extract jobs for errors. 4. Manages assigned tickets from multiple areas. 5. Adheres to all standardized processes and procedures within the team. 6. Uses SQL and other tools to interpret data and trends to support business activities. 7. Work closely with team members to support successful outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Associates degree in business administration, data analytics, information technology, computer science or related field. • Licensure: None Required • Certification: None Required • Work Experience:
o 1 year experience in a data analysis or related role o Experience working with data sets • Work Experience in lieu of Education:
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: o Knowledge of data query language.
o Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, data analytics, information technology, computer science or related field. • Licensure: No additional required • Certification: No additional required
• Work Experience: Healthcare Payer or Provider experience • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Knowledge of SQL o Knowledge of data governance framework (DMBOK)
* * PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping
• Long periods of computer time or at workstation • Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. • May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise
• Communicating with others to exchange information. • Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks • Workspace may vary from open to confined; on site or remote • May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle
