Job Description
We are seeking a diligent General Maintenance Tech to ensure the functionality of mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas. Reponsibilities will include asssting in projects and improvements throughout the property.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Execute projects and improvements property wide
Assist with capital projects
Work with various skilled trades to see jobs from concept to completion
Clean all work areas after completing job
Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.
Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Tools and Equipment:
Various plumbing & heating hand tools & equipment
Working Environment:
Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
Exposure to various hazardous chemicals
Qualifications
Work schedule will primarily be Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, subject to change based on operational needs.
Previous General Maintenance experience preferred.
